Who wouldn't want to travel to an exotic place and experience new cultures and ecosystems? Actually many of my friends are not interested in leaving civilization, living in a tent or paying to collect data! But I am a true scientist! I love that I can give back to the greater science community during my time off of work. I am also looking forward to collecting new memories and real-life science experiences to share with my students.
